These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at stackup-ai.com and any related subdomains, web pages, content, documentation, dashboards, demos, application programming interfaces, software, and other online services made available by StackUp LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices at 24 Valley Road, Norwalk, CT 06854 ("StackUp," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Site"). These Terms do not govern the provision of StackUp's commercial services to publishers, advertisers, demand-side platforms, or other counterparties. Those services are provided exclusively under separate written agreements (including, where applicable, a Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, Insertion Order, and Statement of Work).

1. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable agreements, StackUp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Modify or copy the Site or any part of it
• Use the Site for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any software or code on the Site
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Transfer the Site or any rights granted herein to any third party
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Site
• Transmit any viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful code
• Harvest or collect information about Site users without consent
